Winter Wedding

On December 23rd I had the honor of capturing the wedding of a dear childhood friend of mine, Megan, and her amazing partner Jacob. Their wedding was absolutely stunning, and their love warmed the hearts of all in attendance.

As a photographer, I absolutely love to shoot outdoor ceremonies, and there's something particularly special about an outdoor Christmas wedding. The couple had always dreamed of getting married on family land in front of an old family home, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the meaningful memories they had shared there with their loved ones.

As the day approached, we were all a little worried about the forecast - the temperatures were expected to be well below freezing. But the couple was determined to make their dream a reality and we all bundled up in preparation for the chilly day ahead. It turned out to be such an incredibly fun day, despite the cold temperatures.

The couple decided to share a first to share a first look before the ceremony. Jacob's reaction to seeing his radiant bride was so pure and beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes.

When it was time for the ceremony we all bundled up in warm coats and gloves, and embraced the cold temperatures to celebrate the love of this beautiful couple. The ceremony was held in front of an old family home, decorated beautifully for Christmas. Megan and Jacob exchanged vows just before the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the landscape.

Despite the cold temperatures, the love and warmth of the couple and their families was undeniable. It was truly a honor to be a part of such a meaningful and special day, and I will always treasure the memories of this beautiful Christmas wedding. As a photographer it's always a pleasure to capture special moments and to tell a love story through my lens. This Christmas wedding was truly one for the books, and I'm so grateful to have been a part of it.

Congratulations Megan and Jacob! I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness together!
