It is truly incredible how much development happens during the first year of life. Babies learn to smile, laugh, rollover, crawl, stand, walk, and so incredibly much more. I am here to capture it all so that you can treasure each special stage of this magical time.
Most clients choose to book sessions around the 3, 6, 9, and/or 12 month mark, but you can book these sessions anytime during the first 24 months of life.

What ages are best for milestone photos?
Every stage is worth documenting, but some of the most popular milestone ages are 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 months. Each one captures something completely different — from tiny expressions and tummy time to sitting, crawling, first steps, big personalities, and toddlerhood.
Do milestone sessions have to happen at a certain age?
Not at all. Those ages are simply popular milestones. Your baby does not need to reach a particular developmental milestone by a certain month either. Every child develops on their own timeline, and we’ll photograph exactly who your little one is right now.
Do you offer packages for baby's first year or first two years?
Yes! I offer milestone packages for families who want to document several stages and bundle their sessions together. Options can include baby's first year or continue through the first two years, making it easier to preserve all those quickly changing stages.
What happens during a milestone session?
Milestone sessions are intentionally simple so your baby remains the focus. Depending on their age, we might photograph tummy time, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, snuggling, laughing, or simply all those tiny details you never want to forget.
Can we do a cake smash for a first birthday session?
Absolutely! Cake smashes are a fun way to celebrate turning one. We can keep the setup simple and timeless or incorporate a theme that fits your vision without letting the decorations overwhelm your little one.
Do you offer milk bath milestone sessions?
Yes! Milk baths are another optional way to add something special to a milestone session. We can talk about whether a cake smash, milk bath, or simple portrait setup makes the most sense for what you have in mind.
What should my baby wear for milestone photos?
Simple outfits photograph beautifully and keep the attention on your baby's expressions and personality. I also have wardrobe options available in my studio, so you may not need to purchase something specifically for your session.
What if my baby isn't smiling or is shy during the session?
That is completely okay. Babies are allowed to be babies! We’ll follow their lead, take breaks when needed, and let their real personality come through. A thoughtful expression, a tiny pout, or snuggling into a parent can be every bit as meaningful as a giant smile.

Simple Milestone
Milestone sessions are a great way to capture all the amazing growth that happens in the first two years of life. Usually, clients schedule sessions when their little ones are around 3, 6, 9, 18, or 24 months, but they can really happen anytime during those first two years. We can do the session in my studio, at your home, or even outdoors. And don't worry about outfits – I've got an infant and toddler wardrobe, along with some cute and classy props you can use.
Cake Smash
Cake smash sessions are a super fun way to celebrate your kiddo's first or second birthday. These sessions are usually booked for 12 and 24-month-old cuties. We can use my natural light studio, or if you prefer, we can set up something outdoors. I'll make sure the setup vibes with your style. And no stress about outfits – I've got a stash of adorable baby and toddler clothes, plus some cool props you can play around with. Let's make it a blast!
Cake Smash and Splash
Cake Smash and Splash sessions are seriously the best! It's like the regular cake smash, but with a cool twist – we finish it off with a milk bath. Your little munchkin is gonna have a blast splashing around after they've had their fill of birthday cake. I've got all the bases covered – cake, outfits, decorations, and yup, the milk bath too. We'll team up to create a session that's totally your vibe and matches your kiddo's personality perfectly. Let's make it awesome!
